That Healthy Balance was created because it is something I have wrestled with in my own life. I have struggled to keep my life in line while going back and forth from extremes. This is important because each area of your life is equally valuable. Physcial, mental, and emotional wellness, but also faith, work, school, family and friends. All are competing for your attention and devotion. I am a living testament that balancing all life throws at you is difficult. However, not impossible.
I offer affordable health and weight loss coaching, individualized exercise programming, individual and group yoga classes, nutrition guidance, lifestyle tips, group exercise, personal training, and more. Together we can work towards that healthy balance by changing the way you look, think and feel.
